Luminar AI will not edit photos images have triangle with exclamation point inside
AnsweredI'm a WIN10 user and I have picked up this error with the triangle with the exclamation mark within. I've tried everything... uninstalled twice, tried inserting a single image to edit, and checked on this "post''. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing a clear reply on how to resolve this. This is a stunner!!!

So, I actually found some info on the AI support team. I unfortunately had to delete the folders in the catalog, only about 900+,... but I was able to determine that the edited images are back In their respective folders somewhere on my PC. I'll survive this. Perhaps, this may prompt me to establish structured workflows!!! Nonetheless, I'm a bit peeved by a whole day wasted in trying to resolve this!!!

Hi Renwin! It seems Luminar lost the folders for some reason.
Next time, if it happens please try the following:
1. Go to the Catalog tab (in the top-bar menu);
2. Right-click the folder with an exclamation mark next to it;
3. Choose Locate Folder from the drop-down menu: http://prntscr.com/w7a408
4. In the window that opens, find and select the necessary folder.
