    One user to another: The issue, more times than not, is the catalog. Try renaming it and then launch Luminar 4. Or more precisely, a particular photo in the catalog that has become glitched in some way.

    in the process of renaming, uninstalling and installing back i lost my edits and created mulitladder folders...can anyone help how can I retrieve all my edits?
