    Hi!

    Please try to turn off Windows Defender Firewall: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028544/windows-10-turn-windows-defender-firewall-on-or-off or add the app to the list of its exceptions.

    If the issue remains:

    1. Ensure that the size of the image does not exceed 15,000 pixels on one of the edges.

    2. Try changing the export directory to an alternative one. Make sure that you have all the read-and-write permissions for it.

    3. Please verify that you have an admin accounthttps://oit.ncsu.edu/it-security/antivirus/how-to-tell-if-you-are-an-administrator/ 

    4. Reboot your computer.

    Thank you for your quick response...  Windows Defender Firewall is disabled. I use McAfee Total Protection firewall.  I turned that firewall off and restarted the AI app and get the same result. 

    I checked the security log and it does say it blocked IP 69.16.175.42 TCP port 55011 due to lack of permissions. I don't know whether it is related to my problem. I have  been using Adobe Lightroom for a long time and never had any issues with firewalls or TCP ports. I don't feel comfortable turning off my antivirus program to run AI.  How can I figure out why this is happening?

    Image size not too large...

    Changing to an alternate directory didn't help...

    I verified that I am running as Administrator.
