Remove shadow around and image cause my camera flash

Has anyone tried to remove a shadow around a subject in a photo caused by the camera flash? How did you do it. I have Luminar 4

  How bad of a shadow?  Post an example.

  Hi Harold,

  An example would be helpful. Most likely I'd recommend using the Light tool to brighten the shadows, or possibly Supercontrast, but unfortunately, a strong shadow from a flash isn't easily removed.
