Luminar AI Installation problems

    Hi Baptiste, 

    Welcome to our forum!

    If you have access to the website version of the account, you may want to reset the activation counter for Luminar AI before switching to a new device. Click Luminar AI > Reset all activations. 

    Next, you may want to reset the password this way:

    1. Make sure to log out of the Skylum account.

    2. Please, click on Forgot My password here and enter your email, see the screenshot:

    3. Right after that you will receive the following email. Click here:

    4. It will take you to the following page. All you need to do now is to set a new password and repeat it:
