    Hi Inder,

Would you mind reaching our support team at http://skylum.com/support regarding this?

Please send us the LUTs and the photo you've been trying to apply them to.

Here's how you can send us the files:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

Hi Helga, here is the link to the LUT file I am using in Luminar AI. You can try on any photo and see if that makes any change

    Hi,

For what it's worth, the LUT you provided does not seem to have any effect for me. Tested in the latest Photoshop and in a free utility called Bulk LUT Previewer; in both cases, the image with the LUT applied looks exactly the same as the source image so it's definitely not just an issue with Luminar.

    Regards,

    Hi Inder,

Looks like Marco is right. We also tested your LUT file in Luminar and other photo editing apps, but there is no effect. Seems that the problem lies in LUT itself
