Fotos exportieren

Habe mir Luminar AI gestern gekauft. Bearbeitung ist nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (Abstürzen) möglich gewesen. Nur beim Export klappt gar nichts. Entweder stürzt das Programm sofort ab oder es dauert ewig mit dem Exportieren, wobei dann kein Erfolg zu verzeichnen ist. Scheint ein großes Problem bei Luminar zu sein, wenn ich mir die Community durchlese.

It would be very helpful if you could provide us with the error logs. I would like to ask you to collect the logs right after the app crashes. Here are the steps to perform:
- Reproduce the issue.
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
- Click Application in the directory tree.
- In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
- Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
- Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
- Name the file, save it, and attach it to your support request.
This would help us determine the reason for the app's behavior and advise on further steps.

Muss ich leider bestätigen diesen Fehler nur bei mir hängt sich der ganze Rechner auf beim Exportieren, da hilft nur ein langes drücken des Anschaltknopfes das der PC ausgeht.
Support wurde auch schon angeschrieben aber auch nach deren Empfehlung Luminar neu zu installieren bleibt es beim Fehler: PC hängt sich auf.
