    Hi Katherine,

    I've tried to use that link, however it's not accepting my email address so therefore I can't send you my request. It seems the only way I can contact you is via the support link, however if your not accepting my email address I cannot contact you.     There was a typo in the email you have made a purchase with. I have fixed it and resent the confirmation.

    There is Aurora HDR in your purchase as well.
