Putting one image onto another

Howdy all, thanks for taking the time to look at this. I am trying to take an image and insert it into another image in order to make one image. How would I do that? I have tried to search for it online, but I guess because I am pretty new I am using the wrong terminology or something. Thank you very much. Oh I am using Luminar 4
