    Hi Marcos,

Please kindly note that Aurora HDR 2018 is a legacy app that is no longer supported, and therefore, is not compatible with M1 processors. The lack of compatibility is what causes the issue you are currently experiencing.

I understand that this must be a huge inconvenience, that is why we will be happy to make an exception for you and present you with a free copy of Aurora HDR (the latest version of Aurora HDR software) that is compatible with the M1 chip.

Please get in touch with our support team at https://skylum.com/support, and our team will assist you.

    Hi Jean-Michel,

Please note that the apps are our legacy apps and not optimized to M1 Chip processor. You can try to open them using Rosetta 2. Also please do keep in mind that these apps are not compatible with macOS Catalina and newer versions such as macOS Big Sur.
