This is the 2nd email and still no response, I purchase Aurora HDR 2019 for windows with a
pre-order on 09/25/2018 and it worked fine up until the other day when the program said that
my trial was up and that I would have to purchase the program. I do not think that I had been
using a trial program and I think that it is unfair that Skylum would demand that I should pay more for a program that I have already purchased. I have used the original activation code in order to gain access but it tells me that the code and or my email address do not match. Would some one tell me what the F--- is going on.
