    Hi Hugh, can you access your Skylum account with your email address and copy your activation key from there? Could be a temporary issue or something for support to look into.

    Hello Hugh Loomis,

    First and foremost, please note that Aurora HDR license never expires. You can re-activate your license whenever it is needed. As Marco said, you can find your license key in My Software in your Skylum account.

    Secondly, I checked our inbox, but could not find any support request sent from you. Can you please clarify how exactly you tried to reach us? We are always happy to help via https://skylum.com/support 

    I made sure to send you an e-mail from our system. Let's proceed there to resolve the problem.
