unable to export images

Since latest update unable to export images. Comaptibilty box unchecked and no virus sofware installed. Tried Firewall on/off no good. Overall program very buggy since latest update.  Solution please.  Thanks.

  Hi Kevin,

  I'm terribly sorry to hear that update 4 doesn't work as expected for you!

  Could you please let me know what exactly happens when you try to export the image? Does Luminar crash or freeze?

  In the meantime, please check the following: 

  1. Disable your antivirus software, if you have any. 

  2. Try exporting to another directory and see if the issue persists.

  3. Ensure that the image file is not exceeding 15,000 pixels on one of the edges.
