Aurora failed product

I just purchased Aurora and try to open cr3 files in Aurora 2019 and it doesn't work.  I can see other folks have  been complaining about it for years and you are still selling the program without a warning.  I can't believe someone hasn't reported this as a fraud.

  One workaround is to use the free Adobe DNG Converter to export your CR3 file as a DNG.

  Not looking for a workaround.  If the product doesn't work with cr3 files it should have a warning.  If they keep selling it knowing it wont work and not advising anyone they are inviting being reported.  One of these irritated people may start up a website to see how many folks have wasted their money.  People could also just buy photomatix or other hdr software that works right and not do work arounds

  If they are selling a product that they know doesn't work then they should refund the money spent.

  That BBB site is not going to get you anywhere.

  The below post is three years old and unfortunately support has not been added for CR3. It is what it is. That said, it is a great piece of software.

  So are you a community member or a representative for skylum?  I just warned the guy that did a you tube video recommending them a couple years back.  There are a lot of other resources than BBB
