possible graphics problem

when I apply a template or edit, it applies the changes but when I use the before and after button or preview button it doesn't show changes unless I make the image bigger by using the mouse scroll, then when I slide the before and after line theres  just a section with the adjustments but it's static doesn't move with the line

  Intel has released a driver for the Iris XE graphics card integrated into your processor that should fix it. 

  Let's try fully reinstalling drivers for your Intel GPU:

  After a bit of going backwards and fowards, finally worked it out. works a treat now.
