I saw a couple of reports in the community about Luminar AI crashing during sky replacement after the 1.4 upgrade. I had the same issue, worked with the support people (thanks Elena!) on that problem and finally found a solution (which works at least for me).
Dont't want to describe the full procedure how to get there, only the final result:
- Deinstall Luminar AI 1.4 from your PC.
- Go to %appdata% folder (in the "roaming" path) and delete the Luminar AI folder there. This also deletes your license on that PC. I reset the license on the Skylum website afterwards to reflect this change.
- Go to the place where you have the Luminar AI Catalogue and delete that folder (in my case it was in the "Pictures" folder of my PC).
- Reinstall the latest 1.4 build (8317) - enjoy!
This procedure solved all problems with that software which I saw before. Maybe it helps you with your stability problems as well.
