Luminar AI update 4 adds the much awaited Bokeh AI but it limits the control on the Sky replacement AI.
I was hoping for more control on the sky replacement, like ability to scale the sky independent of the movement, more control of the reflections.
Instead, Skylum decided to remove the ability to rotate the sky and to set the horizon position, 2 of the major improvements of update 3.
Also, now when I try to move down the sky Luminar AI starts scaling it up even though there's more than enough sky image beyond the crop.
I want more control not less, and sky replacement is more important to me than bokeh.
Yes, you are right & I missed that feature when testing the update. I did click the Horizon Position button but probably didn't wait long enough or just didn't notice (I was expecting sliders as previous).
I withdraw my criticism, though I still think scaling the sky should be available separate from movement.
To Roy Blackwell, thanks for the working Vimeo link.
