    Hi Philip,

    May I ask where you purchased Noiseless? It is one of our legacy applications and was retired quite some time ago. It isn't available on our website or via the Mac App Store. If you purchased it through an authorized seller, please send your proof of purchase to support@skylum.com and we'll be happy to help get this resolved.

    Noiseless - from the Apple App Store - doesn't work with the new Apple OS Big Sur. 

    Is there any update?

    Please kindly note that Noiseless is a legacy app that does not have compatibility with macOS Big Sur.

    However, the app should be able to work as a standalone. Could you please get in touch with our support team at https://skylum.com/support? They will help you get this sorted out.
