This is what support proposes ... creating new catalog

    ____

    Hi Blackeyes,

    Thanks for your reply.

It looks like an issue our developers are currently investigating.

Due to observations of our customers, we were able to determine that the issue mostly happens with the catalogs created before major Big Sur OS updates.

While we're looking for a solution, I'd suggest working with a new catalog. You can create a new catalog via File > Catalog > New.

(In case you need to finish important edits in the previous catalog, you can revisit it by clicking File > Catalog > Open (recent).

Let us know if it helped.

    Kind regards,

    Hi All

Has anybody had the  problem I am having? All pictures in subfolders are merged and moved into the main folders?

    Hi,

Thanks, restore backup works. However why the pictures of some subfolders have a "x" ?

Why waiting 5 days before giving the right tip?

When you will make your software reliable?

    Regards, Blackeyes

    Hello Cuong,

Would you be so kind as to send us a screenshot of the "x" symbol on the pictures?

    Hello Cuong,

Could you please also send us a screenshot of your catalog structure? It should look like this:
