1. can you please add a Support menu on Skylum site with two submenus Blog and Community Forum as we find in competitors sites.
So we could have DIRECT access to news, tutorials, have direct access to community without searching the link in notification mails,...
2. For any feature request we receive a thank you from your team and a notification saying you transfer to the support team but nothing happens and we have no idea when it will happen. And suddenly a new AI sharpen, AI portrait huge development happens while a simple "filter insertion in stack" or "ALT+black/white display"remains pending monthes or years
On competitors sites, we have status "in evaluation", "discarded" "under development",... so we really follow the evolution of software.
