Photolemur will not export

    Hi Charles,

    Please try disabling your antivirus software and ensure that you're running an account having admin privileges. You may also right-click the app > Run as administrator. Besides, please double-check the read-and-write permissions for the export directory.

    If the issue persists, please, get in touch with our team at https://skylum.com/support and let us know the following: 

    - is the export unavailable only for some photos or for all of them, regardless of the image format?

    - your hardware specs:

    • Press the Windows logo key + R.
    • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
    • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
    • Click File > Export.
    • Type the name of the file and save it somewhere where you can easily find it
      and attach this text file to your support request.
