Fisheye effect added to my RAW photos

Hello everyone!

When luminar processes my raw photos, it adds some type of fisheye effect to all of my photos - it doesn't matter which filter I select, all of may raws to jpegs come out with the edges shifted like it was fisheyed. This does NOT occur when I do the same filtering effects to my JPEG photos that my camera created. Please Help!!

You can correct lens distortion with the 'RAW Develop' filter:

The slider that you're interested in is called 'Lens Distortion', it can correct the fisheye effect on your photos.

Is there any way to have that checked by default? It's kind of annoying if I have 7000 raw photos that have to be individually checked.

Hi Kerry,

Please try to sync the adjustments:

Apply Lens Correction > Right-click on one image > Adjustment > Copy and Paste it on other images.

I have exactly the same problem here. If you check the original JPEG on laptop,camera or in Luminar I don't see any distortion. Luminar just adds this, why does this happen? I do not want to set lens correction setting on photo's that originally don't have that.

Hi Ruben,

On the back of the camera you're seeing the JPG preview. JPGs are processed by the camera and typically include lens correction. Raw files are untouched and it is up to you to apply the lens correction manually.
