Windows Aurora 2019 Fails To Export

ANOTHER BUG FOUND......

Windows 2019 Aurora (1.0.0(2549) - latest version)

Project as saved opens but when I try to export to jpeg, it just sits there with the message "exporting image"... Every other function greyed out.

Email has been sent with link to project file.

More than 6 months ago many users requested the list of bugs being worked and a timeline for their fixes. I have yet to see that! Users can't have confidence in the developers or the project management teams if we can't get answers as to when these bugs will get resolved. Users can't have overall confidence in the software with so many open bugs. Users were promised that these conditions and the poor customer support would change - more than a half year later, nothing has improved.

What was the solution? I have the same problem. When I try to export to a file it just sits. I can’t cancel and I can’t quit Luminar. I have to do a force quit. I sent a note to Tech support earlier today, but haven’t heard back yet. I have a number of photos, I want to edit. I tried Luminar restarting with the option key down. That didn’t work. I tried restarting the computer. That worked once, but then the problem reoccurred. Restarting the computer no longer works.
