So let me see if I understand, Skylum: you want me to purchase Luminar 4, so I can get the features that the original marketing material for Luminar promised.
You are continuing to make lots of new editing features, but much of the original promise of Luminar was as a Lightroom replacement. Lightroom is much more than an editor -- in fact, it isn't primarily an editor at all; it is primarily a photo organizer or manager. You said that Luminar would handle that function, but it simply doesn't.
Luminar doesn't easily interoperate with other photo management software (due to the proprietary file format, for example).
Luminar can't even properly save an edited photo back to the same folder it was opened from without my having to browse for the folder manually.
Luminar won't manage the metadata for my photo collection (which is simple table stakes for a photo management application).
Luminar has failed repeatedly to deliver on the promises made to customers.
I have lost track of the number of responses to my questions that have either been sent to the developers (who have never, notonce, followed up with me) or to which I've been told to "contact support" (who has never delivered on a single thing for me).
As a photo editor and enhancement tool Luminar excels. But for those of us who bought it as a photo manager (and a replacement for Lightroom, which YOUR MARKETING MATERIALS BRAGGED ABOUT), it has been a big empty disappointment.
