I have the same issue and yes, it worked before 3.1.2 and yes, I contacted skylum yesterday. Since I am not the only one who have this problem, I hope skylum can reproduce and fix it!

I also have the same frustrating bug. After relaunching L3 shows both Raw + JPG in the library view, even though Show Raw Only is selected.

Show Raw Only selected; 3 photos showing (JPG hidden):

After relaunching L3; Show Raw Only still selected, but 6 photos showing (JPG & RAW):

I reported this to skylum with video and example. They were able to reproduce it as they told me: "... We have managed to reproduce the issue and it will be fixed in the upcoming updates...."

Please note that View > Raw+JPEG pairs works only for the files that were shot as RAW+JPEG.

The images need to meet the following requirements to  be recognized as a RAW+JPG pair:

    • 2 photos must be located in the same folder.
    • The photos need to have the same names, but different file formats.
    • Capture date/time should not have more than a 5-second difference.

That's exactly the case, RAW+JPEG pairs directly from the camera.

Furthermore, as I said before, it was working perfectly befure 3.1.2 update.

The problem seems to have been fixed in update 3.1.3 (3920)!
