    Hi John,

I also had this error. I contacted support and they told me to remove Luminar 3.1.1 and then download and install 3.1.2.

    You should contact them too.

Maybe Skylum should investigate it why the error is raised, it seems that I am not the only one who has this problem!!!!

    Hi John!

Please try reinstalling Luminar this way. Follow the steps below:

    Download AppCleaner from here:

    http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner

AppCleaner is a free app that automatically removes not only the applications themselves but also the related files, making 'clean' uninstall easy.

When removing Luminar 3, mark all the files and folders in the list, except for DPA6233TPQ.com.macphun.luminar3.

Once you're done uninstalling the app, restart your Mac and download a fresh version from here:

    https://luminar3.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/mac/Luminar3.dmg

If you need help with the installation, check out this page:

Please add instructions informing people how not to lose catalogue while doing this.

Hi Tony! Your Luminar Catalog is located in %username%\Pictures\ by default and cannot be deleted during a re-install with an AppCleaner.
