Just wondering whether Flex can be used with other programs like DxO Photolab or On1?

Hi Jil! Officially Luminar Flex does not support the mentioned apps. Nevertheless, you can try using Luminar Flex plugin file (the one for photoshop) so to install it in DxO Photolab or On1.
