Luminar 3.1.2 and Mac OS Catalina

Hello, all

 

I am running the Mac OS Catalina Beta and notice since installing, that my exported JPEGs from Luminar are not sharp at all and lack detail. I have tried using no filters or many filters and different qualities of output files to no avail. Something in Catalina I guess. 

Lightroom still outputs fine.

  Hi Barrie,

  Please, note that we can't guarantee smooth performance on beta versions of OS. Once the official version is released, we'll make sure to make Luminar 3 compatible with it.

  It could be that the jpeg rendering in Catalina needed a reboot. If that is such a thing.

  Won't even let me install on Catalina 10.15 dev beta 5. No worries still got Mojave to fall back on.

  Hmm ... still can't install on Catalina dev beta 19A558d ... the installer is signed correctly, or something ...

  Hi,

  As far as we can't guarantee the smooth work of the app on the beta version, please try to revert back to the stable version of macOS – Mojave.

  I am now going to wait for the official +1 version of Catalina. This is the worst beta of macOS I have ever had to deal with.
