Hi Edward! It seems to be something on the side of Topaz. Does it happen to all images?

@Edward I am afraid there is a little we can do with this. Have you tried reinstalling Topaz?

Also, you can try reinstalling Luminar:

    Download AppCleaner from here:

    http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner

AppCleaner is a free app that automatically removes not only the applications themselves but also the related files, making 'clean' uninstall easy.

When removing Luminar 3, mark all the files and folders in the list, except for DPA6233TPQ.com.macphun.luminar3.

Once you're done uninstalling the app, restart your Mac and download a fresh version from here:

    https://luminar3.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/mac/Luminar3Installer.zip

If you need help with the installation, check out this page:

Don't know if this will help: I have Topaz Studio as a plug in with L3. I also have the new AI Denoise and AI Sharpen as plug ins within Topaz Studio. Work flow: open L3 and select image to edit. Launch Topaz Studio (plug in). When Studio opens I launch Denoise or Sharpen from the plug in menu in Topaz Studio with success. Hope that helps...but everyone is experiences different issues. Good luck!

Hello Edward, just for info - I was about to download Topaz to try it out on the weekend but I thought I would check system requirements. I am running a mid 2011 iMac with an AMD Radeon HD 6750M Graphics card. I found this is a series that is unsupported by Topaz, so I did not want to dpwnload then find it may or may not work. May be worth having a look at your system.
