I've already brought this matter up with software support twice beginning months ago. To me this is a HUGE issue and I'm hoping my voice can gain some traction here.
Whose idea was it to give all files generated with Aurora a suffix of "Aurora HDR 2019"? It seems this software started out as being targeted toward amateurs where maybe these long and revealing file names aren't an issue. But for professional architectural work it's a time consuming disaster!
I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Arora HDR 2019 with my own presets rather than using any of the ones supplied by how realistic my bracketed photos could be. Nice work developers! However, I simply can't give my clients hundreds of files with such long file names. Also, HDR has a bad name with discerning architectural image clients (your supplied presets help perpetuate that), even if the length of the filename isn't an issue, for now, I don't want to advertise the fact that some of my images are HDR.
I just spent 40 minutes editing filenames before sending off a batch of images to a client. Such a waste of time! When doing batch images I can pick my own suffix, why can't I do the same for individually generated images?
This isn't something to maybe change for version 2020. It's a big problem now for 2019, if you expect professionals to use your software??? Seem it would be a simple fix, can I expect it to happen soon???
Thank you- Brent
