    Hi Marcin,

    Please, try the following steps:

    1. Install the latest Windows updates. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button in the lower left corner. In the search box, type Update, and then, in the list of results, click either WindowsUpdate or Check for updates. Click the Check for updates button and then wait while Windows looks for the latest updates for your computer. This way, we will make sure you DirectX components are up to date.

    2. Update your graphics card drivers.

    Update Intel Graphics Drivers:

    Automatically update AMD Graphics Drivers:

    https://support.amd.com/en-us/download 

    Automatically update NVIDIA Graphics Drivers:

    http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us 

    3. Reinstall Visual C++, here's how: 

    • Download Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable here (click this text to open link). Select your preferred language, click Download, mark vcredist_x64.exe with a checkbox, and click Next to download it.
    • Download Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable here (click this text to open link). Select your preferred language, click Download, mark vcredist_x64.exe with a checkbox, and click Next to download it.
    • Download Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable here (click this text to open link). Download should begin automatically as soon as you click the link.
    • Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type in Add or remove programs. Windows will suggest the matching app, open it.
    • In the list of installed applications locate all entries that have Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable in the title and uninstall them one by one.
    • In the list of installed applications locate all entries that have Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable in the title and uninstall them one by one.
    • In the list of installed applications locate all entries that have Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable in the title and uninstall them one by one.
    • Install the package you downloaded in Step 1.
    • Install the package you downloaded in Step 2.
    • Install the package you downloaded in Step 3.
