A few weeks ago I purchased a new MacBook Pro. I had Luminar 3 on my previous MacBook and have been trying to transfer Luminar 3 to my new MacBook. After a few tries, I contacted Skylum support. Over the last week, at least, I've tried everything Skylur's support group has suggested. Nothing has worked.
I thought Adobe's support was bad, but Skylum support is the worst
Since Slylum/Luminar know I have a valid product, which I paid for, I finally suggested today that they provide me with a code (special offer, off whatever) that I can insert into the only option that keeps popping up "Buy" (along with the "Trial Period has Ended).
Any company that values and believes in customer support would have done that a long time ago-but not Skylum.
I'll keep you posted. But may end up just blowing Skylum--And I really liked it's product. But it's customer service is the WORST.
