    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with activating Noiseless. Please contact us at www.skylum.com/support and we'll be happy to help with this.

    As for managing your license/activations - you can reset it by going to the My Software section of your Skylum account. When you do reset the license you'll have to re-enter your activation code on any computer you wish to use Noiseless, but the install count will initially be reset so that all five installs are available.
