Luminar 3 Does Not Recognize My Registration
Purchased Luminar 3 on February 18, 2019. Registered the product shortly after that. I have been using the product without a problem until today. When I launched it, I got a notice stating that the trial period is ended and that I need to purchase or register. When I entered the activation code that I registered with, I got an error that stated e-mail and code do not match (see attached picture). I have not been able to get a response from the Skylum Support.
The same error is happening to the Aurora HDR that I purchased on January 18, 2019 (see attached picture.
This is frustrating because my productivity is now zero and I need to process some pictures.
