I have tried in excess of 20 times to get Luminar 3 to work following Skylum solution instructions. Nothing works. I get the splash screen the database opening failed, then shutdown. Follow up questions were ignored.
Every other software program I have had problems with, not many as they seem to do their programming in a professional manner, have responded with a quick solution that did not require me to send them any of my programming info. Each issue of Luminar, 18, initial 3 and 3.1 for windows has been problematic, 3.1 the worst as I can't use it. I read somewhere that this is happening to 6 or 7% of windows users. If you have 1 million users that's 60 to 70 thousand unhappy customers, pretty bad for your reputation as we tell our photographer friends of the problems. In my camera club that's 45 people
