Have waited a couple of iterations and am diving in on Luminar 3. I am so far liking much of what I see as I attempt to move over from Lightroom CC Classic. I am having two issues:
1) Am having to wait for the "settings" I have applied to an image in the past to be applied as I go through the filmstrip. This may take as much as 20 seconds. This seems very slow and not very conducive to a smooth editing experience
2) Some of the changes themselves are relatively "laggy" for lack of a better term.
Part of my transition over was the argument for a more modern editing engine and interface. I am running 64 bit windows 10 whatever on my Surface Pro (whatever the latest version is) on a core i7 with 16gb of memory.
Is there a place to adjust cache, graphics processing, etc. to improve performanc as there is in a competing company's product? This thing is about 85% there for my needs if I could just improve performance locally.
I have tried shutting off the filmstrip on the side. I am currently only accessing one folder via my external SSD drive over USB3.0.
TY in advance for any help
