Crash? during batch export
Hello.
I have a problem with batch exporting. For example, I put 300 files to export, set the options and Luminar begins working. After a while I come to computer and see it is closed - I don't know if it closes or crashes, I don't see any crash/error messages. And not all files are processed. I have to start again and put the rest of files to export.
Why does it happen and how can I avoid closing Luminar during batch export?
Thank you.

Hi everyone - Please try reinstalling the app in the following way:
- Go to “Apps and Features” by right click on the Start button;
- Find Luminar there and click [Uninstall](you can also uninstall from the Control Panel);
- Type %appdata% in Search (folder Roaming should open);
- Find the folder “Luminar 3” and delete it all the files except for StateSettings file;
- Go to Pictures -> Luminar Catalog and rename it (if you have the Catalog in another folder, please navigate to it and rename it);
- Install the app once again and launch it: https://luminar3.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/win/Luminar3_Installer.exe
Let us know how it works.

Leila, I see this kind of feedback (please re-install following these steps) as a response to several topics in this forum now.
Before venturing off and creating an even bigger mess than most of us are experiencing already, can you kindly explain why re-installing the software as you suggest is expected to fix anything and not bring more problems (e.g. loosing edits already made) than we're already experiencing?
If there is a fix to issues in the installer to which you are sending us the link, these fixes should be tested and verified by the Luminar team and then deployed to all customers. On top, it should not require an uninstall and re-install of the program (at least not to the extent it involves step-by-step user intervention as described above).
I sincerely hope I'm, wrong but I really feel customers of Luminar are being treated as guinea pigs

Hi Wim,
we can assure you won't lose your edits if you simply re-install the software without moving your folders with images around. You can always contact our support via https://skylum.com/support and we will be happy to help you.

I tried reinstalling and it didn't work. It processed around 25 photos before crashing (un)spectacularly again.
My ticket is similar to this and can be found here:

I feel exactly the same way and on the verge of requesting my money back!

No much different with Luminar 4
Tried some 3000 ARW photos processing to Jpeg Lanscape AI.
Now being trying to process DNG photos 810 in one go....and nothing happens. After some time the Luminar $ is nowhere on my computer screen. I have to go and open the app again. Tried 6-7 time since yesterday. Goine mad after paying such a huge money.
Now trying to run 50 photos at a time. Just started. God knows if it will work.
If not the best way is ask for a refund
I beleive its worth paying a bit extra on axxx photo tools to avoid these sort of hassles.
