    I have the same problem. It is impossible to export the images. Luminar fails and ends its execution.

    Hi everyone - Please try reinstalling the app in the following way:

    • Go to “Apps and Features” by right click on the Start button;
    • Find Luminar there and click [Uninstall](you can also uninstall from the Control Panel);
    • Type %appdata% in Search (folder Roaming should open);
    • Find the folder “Luminar 3” and delete it all the files except for StateSettings file;
    • Go to Pictures -> Luminar Catalog and rename it (if you have the Catalog in another folder, please navigate to it and rename it);
    • Install the app once again and launch it: https://luminar3.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/win/Luminar3_Installer.exe

    Let us know how it works.

    Leila, I see this kind of feedback (please re-install following these steps) as a response to several topics in this forum now.

    Before venturing off and creating an even bigger mess than most of us are experiencing already, can you kindly explain why re-installing the software as you suggest is expected to fix anything and not bring more problems (e.g. loosing edits already made) than we're already experiencing?

    If there is a fix to issues in the installer to which you are sending us the link, these fixes should be tested and verified by the Luminar team and then deployed to all customers. On top, it should not require an uninstall and re-install of the program (at least not to the extent it involves step-by-step user intervention as described above).

    I sincerely hope I'm, wrong but I really feel customers of Luminar are being treated as guinea pigs

    Hi Wim,

    we can assure you won't lose your edits if you simply re-install the software without moving your folders with images around. You can always contact our support via https://skylum.com/support and we will be happy to help you.

    I tried reinstalling and it didn't work. It processed around 25 photos before crashing (un)spectacularly again.

    My ticket is similar to this and can be found here:

    I feel exactly the same way and on the verge of requesting my money back!

    I have tried what you wrote, but it didn't help. I had about 750 files in batch and I managed to process them only after several iterations - every time it processed only about 70-150 files. It still closes without any error messages.

    Same problem here! I can export maybe 20-30 photos and then Luminar either crashes or crashes and closes itself. It's quite impossible to export something like 300 images! And it's sooo sloooow to export too!

    I figured out that in my case this happens because of lack of memory. Luminar devours out my 32Gb of RAM and closes.

    I had already. Just saying the reason is in memory leak or smth. Support said they will try to fix it in future releases.
