    I have the same problems since the April update it is impossible to work with him.

    I have all the updates executed on my computer. I have the VC Runtime and the full versions of .Net. I have Visual Studio 2019 installed on the same computer.

    I do not understand what could have happened with this update, I think it's a problem with IA 2.0
