I bought and installed Aurora HDR 2019. Originally after install, the software would allow me to open an image and when I selected to create the HDR it would process far enough for the "Finishing touches to make it look awesome" update and the program would then crash (process would fail and knock me out to Windows). I sent the logs for this crash to Skylum support but have not heard anything back.
I then tried to reinstall Aurora and now the program won't even start up; it crashes immediately on start-up (again process just fails). I sent the logs for that crash to Skylum support also.
Am posting here as well in hopes it will prompt some action.
I am running a MS Surface Book 2 with 8 GB RAM and 120 GB free, with Windows 10 Pro. My graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 with the latest driver installed - supports up to OpenGL 4.6 so should not have an issue with OpenGL (and I don't get any message to that effect from Aurora, it actually doesn't give me any messages that suggest any problems).
