    I have the same issue. It does seem like if you download the photo again , the processing steps seem to reapply (I think), and you will get the export box after pressing export to image. I've sent a request for help to Skylum.

    I can't export at all from Luminar 3, have to share it via email then save it.

    Hi everyone,

    Sorry to hear that you experience this issue. 

    Please, try the following steps:

    1. Press the Windows logo key + R. Type %appdata%\Luminar 3 in the dialog box that opens and press Enter on your keyboard.
    2. Locate the file user.bin and copy it somewhere where you can easily find it. 
    3. Remove the file user.bin from the folder you have opened in Step 1.
    4. Launch Luminar 3. It will launch as a trial version.
    5. Restart Luminar 3 and activate it with your license key and email. 
    6. Try to export your photos and see if it helps.

    If the issue persists, please, try reinstalling the app:

    Clear your registry:

    • Visit https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download?pc
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the table and click Download from CCleaner.com in the first column.
    • Once the download has finished, launch the file and install CCleaner on your computer.
    • Launch CCleaner.
    • Click Registry on the left.
    • Click Scan for Issues in the lower left. Wait for the scan to finish.
    • After the scan has finished, click Fix Selected Issues in the lower right.
    • Close CCleaner.

    Reboot your PC.

    Download the latest version of Luminar from here:

    https://luminar3.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/win/Luminar3_Installer.exe

     

    Once the installer has finished downloading, locate it in your Downloads folder (or wherever you chose to save it), right-click the file, and click Run As Administrator. A prompt may appear asking you whether you wish to confirm your action, click Yes and wait for the installer to load. Then, follow the instructions on the screen.

    I followed all the steps and was able to export one pic, then it's back to the same issues as before...

    I had this issue, and contacted support and thought it was fixed, but it isn't.  I can open. edit and export one picture.  Then I cannot export any more.  I have to shut down the app and restart.  This will occur on the 2nd or 3rd picture.   I never get further than this. 

     

    Why would Skylum release Luminar 4 with so many issues with Luminar 3.  This is my 4th issue since going to 3.

    Can this be fixed?  Thanks,

    Hi Sherie,

    I'm sorry to hear that the issues you've encountered haven't yet been resolved. Please be sure to reply to your most recent support email and let our techs know that the issue is still unresolved so we can work on getting it fixed.

    Please know we aren't abandoning Luminar 3 - there will be additional free updates coming between now and the end of the year, prior to the launch of Luminar 4.
