    Just trying to update Luminar 3 in Windows 10.  Very slow installation and getting these runtime errors now.

    Thank you Alex Peter Born, that has seemed to resolve the issue on my Windows 7 64bit laptop. I do not see the error anymore!!! That .json file WORKED, just follow the simple instructions
