Good Morning, I've invested several days trying to familiarize myself with your new product and here is what I've had issues with: 1. takes over 3 min to start up with my HP workstation operation Win10 i7@3.4GHz processors on a SSD plater. 2. frequently crashes or stops working while making adjustments. 3.program randomly closes while working on a photo. 4. today I had to restart the program twice to get it to boot as it froze while on startup. It's a shame as I do like the look and feel of the product. Please offer me some assistance as to how to solve these issues. Thank you

  I have also updated my NVidia drivers as well...still twitchy, slow to boot, freezes and shuts down while I'm working. Please I'm listening for solution...Charlie

  Kirk, I appreciate you getting back to me, but I'm staggered by how often the product crashes, boot-time and random shutdowns. As a professional I was hoping that your product would be an alternative to my stand alone LR. I do like many of your features, however it's unreliability is a huge concern....Please keep in my that I have paid for this program and it is not a trial edition....as it stands it needs some sorting out.

  We're aware of the performance issues, and we're truly sorry if you encountered them.

  We will release an update meant to target these issues in the late spring.
