Regarding refund or fix the issue
I am unable to use Luminar 3 on my PC.Kindly refund the amount as I am still under refund policy period or fix the issue.
I have 16 gb memory, 2 GB dedicated Nvidia graphics card, 1 TB HDD and core i7 with Windows 10 professional 64 bit OS. My Luminar is just freezing while editing any pictures.
