Where is Luminar plug-in for Photoshop and PhotoShop Elements

I thought sure I received an email from Luminar advising a Plug-in version for PhotoShop Elements was going to be sent to Luminar 3 owners at the end of March. I didn't receive anything or did I misunderstand?

  Hi Steven,

  We've launched Luminar Flex plugin.

  At the moment, it is free for all Luminar 2018 and Luminar 3 users.

  You can find the download links and your license key for Luminar Flex in My Software tab in your Skylum account.

  Hi Gaetan Fortier,

  I'm sorry to inform you that currently Luminar Neo is not supported as plugin for Photoshop Elements. You can use it along with Photoshop and Lightroom.
