Problem with some activation softwares: Luminar 2018 - 3.1 - Flex
When I installed the Luminar Flex software on a single PC this weekend, the activations of my Luminar Flex, Luminar 2018 and Luminar 3.1 software changed from 1 activation / 5 to 2 activations / 5. For Luminar Flex software, I installed it from the Skylum download site and not from inside a Luminar software. When I finished the installation, the program asked me for my email and activation numbers. I entered the activation number of Luminar 3 that I had read on the forum. What is curious is that the 3 purchase dates on Skylum reads: 10/12/2018. This is the date of purchase of Luminar 2018. I would not want to lose activations of my Skylum software when I eventually make other updates. Can anyone enlighten me on the subject of these activations that doubles ... Sorry for my poor english because i am a french Canadian guy. Here a capture screen for my comment.

I get the same thing as you Pierre except mine reads 3 out of 5 activations. I have all 3 Luminar’s installed. I think what it is, is that they all share the same activation code as the original Luminar we bought, so that activation code can only be used 5 times. That’s also why they all have the same date as well.

Hi Pierre and Paul,
You can always reset your licenses count in your Skylum account by yourself, or you may just contact us via https://skylum.com/support as well and we will reset your licenses for you on our end.

Hi Mike! Your license key is permanent and cannot expire. I just tried resetting my license at My Software and the number indeed reduced to 0. Actually, Luminar 3 should not be prompting you to enter the code again, however, once it opens after the licences count has been reset to 0, it will go back to its original value in your Skylum-Account. Please do contact us via https://skylum.com/support if there is any issue so we can check your licenses on our end. Thank you!
