I have the same question. I haven't found a way to install them. What did they tell you to do?

    Hi Kevin,

To install the preset packs/Looks please follow the instruction below:

    • Start Aurora HDR 2019.
    • Unzip the file(preset pack) if it is in .zip format.
    • Click File > Import Aurora HDR Looks Pack > point Aurora to an unzipped Preset/Look pack and click Open.

I attempted to do just that. But when I point it to the LUT folder they are all grayed out and the OPEN button is not active. I downloaded the one called Color Grading 3D LUTs (33x33x33 Size)

    Hi Kevin,

Looks and LUTs are two different kinds of files. LUTs can be used with the LUT Mapping filter on the right side of the screen. However, LUTs cannot be pre-loaded.
