I just purchased Luminar 3 and both the thumbnails and stand-alone images are blurry / not as sharp as when I open them with any other program (I have an old version of Picasa, and even in that, the photos look crisp).
I have a Windows 10 computer, and I have asked for a refund, as I have not seen a fix to this problem based on my research.
I also think it's absurd that there's no phone number for assistance, and the user manual on the support page still references Luminar 2018.
This is laughable...
