    Same here. All licenses are gone and now they want me to prove I purchased the software which I did through the Skylum website. I've about had it with all of the Skylum problems.

    I have purchased software over the last 5 or 6 years....I don't think I could even find the proof of purchase for everything anymore.  Unreal.

    Hi Everyone,

    Our online system had a glitch yesterday morning. It has since been fixed. You should be able to download Luminar Flex from the My Account section of your Skylum account.

    If you don't see it there you can also download the trial version and activate it using the same activation code as Luminar 3.
