All Folders show 0 pictures after Update

Day 2 of using Luminar and all the pictures seem to have become invisible ... shows 0 pictures in all the folders even though there's plenty! Tried re-installing a few times, cleaned the app using the recommended method (AppCleaner), created a new cagalogue, reused the existing catalogue, etc ... nothing seems to solve the issue.

Am ready to give Luminar the benefit of the doubt (first time using a non-Adobe photo tool in 20+ years ...), but this isn't a great start. Would be helpful to get any thoughts on how this can be resolved ! Thanks

  Please try loading a backup:

  1. Hold down Option key on your keyboard and start Luminar. Keep holding Option until you see a window with a list of available backups appear.
  2. Select a backup that that has been created prior to when you encountered the issue with the library and click Restore from Backup.

  Let us know how it goes.

  Thanks, Kirk. This didn't solve the issue though ... I have also tried this as a completely new install and for some reason none of the pictures are being recognised ... just says 0 photos ... .
