Is anyone else having issues with exporting to a NAS? I'm a new user so maybe it's an easy fix.
When I open an image and do my edits I export that image...and it exports but Aurora just hangs at that point. It continues to say it's exporting and the menu is 'grayed out' but the image does get exported to the NAS. Eventually I can close Aurora, re-open it, and work on another image. I saw a few recommendations from a thread on Aurora 2018 that suggested the following:
1. Run as Administrator (which I did)
2. Add an exception for Aurora to your AV software (which I did)
3. Save all images locally (which I would prefer not to do but will if needed because I'm really enjoying the software)
Saving locally does fix the issue but I have a NAS that backs up to Amazon S3 every night...would prefer to keep that workflow in place if possible. I also organize/store many years of photos on the NAS. Is there a trick to getting exports to work on a network vs. saving locally and then cut/paste over to the NAS? Obviously mapping the drive causes issues so I'm thinking a custom parameter might need to be setup on the network? Is this just how Aurora operates in a network environment or is there a port on the network I can open to allow Aurora to see a mapped drive as a local drive?
